| Cornwall Police Confirm Value of CRC! |
The recently released Cornwall Community Police Service Annual Report features a section titled “Viability and Presence” which confirms the great success of the Cornwall Collision Reporting Centre (CRC). The report states “the introduction of the CRC has proven to be an excellent enhancement to our efficiency in managing motor vehicle collisions in the city. Literally hundreds of minor collisions have been diverted to the centre since last April. We all know that this translates into hundreds of hours that have been freed up, intentionally, to ease the burden on front line personnel”.
The Cornwall location has been very well received not only by the Police, but by the citizens of the community, as well as by the supporting Insurers. Satisfaction surveys completed by citizens that have used the facility have been very positive, with the most recent comments stating” This way of dealing with the problem was excellent”, and “Very convenient service, most appreciated. Thanks!”.
